  1. My friends and family don't really know me, because if they did they'd know it was me who put laxatives in the brownies.

  2. My friends and family don't really know me, because when I was five I decided to shroud myself in a veil of mystery. I locked away my desires and wants for only me.

  4. My friends and family don’t know me, because I have not told them I got laid off two months ago. Everyday I leave the house to go to a pretend job at the out placement service downtown that my ex-employer provided. There I have a desk, phone and computer. In a recent visit to my doctor, he said there is something new in my life, what is it? I told him. He said stop taking your blood pressure medication and never ever go back to work. What a pleasant side effect of being fired. So now my goal is to find a new job that is not work. **smiles**

  5. Hinny, I love the veil of mystery, and at five! A great secret. I want to know what happened at five to become mysterious. *two thumbs up*

Anonymous, “A writer cries in black and white” is a beautiful way to describe what embodies a writer. That my friend, whoever you are, is a great line.

Anonymous, You had me at the very beginning of your secret. I wish I had a doctor tell me not to go back to work. :D Nice job!
