Songs of Life

Pain and recovery are like a burst of light—intense and then dulls. It’s still there except during the hibernation moments when you get to catch your breath and find life again. Now I find myself in this hibernation period.

“When you wake up with a song stuck in your head, it means an angel sang you to sleep.”

The song I have stuck in my head is Dare You to Move by Switchfoot.

What song did an angel sing to you?

Recovery and Awakening,
Bea

  1. Nice to see you back blogging, Denise! I've never heard that song before but I know what you mean about waking with a tune running through your brain...

  2. Thanks, Pat!

I'm sure I'll be a bit slow at starting up again, but I hope to get back into the swing of things.

Hope you had a nice weekend.

  3. My angels are jerks, apparently, because I always get bad songs stuck in my head, like that terrible Carly Rae Jepsen abomination.

  4. BFTS, Not only is that funny, but I had to look up Carly Rae Jepsen.

I'll see if I can put in a good word for you.
